Regular $1895 (services start 5 months before wedding)
Prior to your wedding : •Five consultations. The initial meeting will be a chance for us to learn about your vision and to offer feedback, to brainstorm and assist with planning. •Budget review and recommendations. •Vendor recommendations. •. Review of all vendor contracts to ensure efficient timing for the day and that no detail is overlooked. •Meet/contact with all of your vendors two months prior. •Final vendor information package (e-mailed to all vendors 10 days prior to wedding). •Help with decor ideas/layout, rentals. •Help to create a Photo shot list. •Assistance/Guidance with Rehearsal dinner location and coordination. •Venue Site visit (one month prior). •Professional wedding Emcee (if needed). •Create your wedding day timeline and share with vendors and wedding party. •Unlimited phone calls and e-mailing. In the days leading up to your wedding and on your Big Day: •Attend and coordinate your rehearsal. •Set up & Take Down of all of your own decor items (excluding ceiling treatment) •Ensure that the bridal party is "cared for" in terms of nourishment on that special day. We will take orders for lunch and will pick up and deliver to you. •One wedding coordinator and one wedding assistant for up to 10 hours of "on site" services on your wedding day (additional charges may apply if longer). •Available on your wedding day to assist with anything you or your family may have forgotten to buy and/or bring. •Be at the venue for all vendor arrivals and their set ups. •. Distribution of vendor payments (must all be in labelled envelopes). •Provide direction and support to Master of Ceremonies. •Distribute and pin all flowers for wedding party and family. •Greet Guests at Ceremony. •Cues and assistance for wedding party to ensure that everything unfolds seamlessly. •Access to a “Wedding Day Emergency Kit.” •Ensure the guests are properly routed to the cocktail reception. •Ensure that all flowers and other personal items are transferred to reception. •Coordination of reception details and liaising with vendors. •Gather bridal party for announcements and special events during the reception. •Move your gifts to the designated person’s car/room. •Put out favors at the end of the evening- and make sure guests know to take them.
